A clear, unhurried five-step path.
Each person moves at their own pace. The structure stays the same — clear enough to trust, flexible enough to fit a real, complicated life.
Understanding triggers
The first session is a conversation, not a session. We map what your anxiety actually looks like — when it appears, what it feels like, and what it costs you. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is judged.
Identifying patterns
Once the surface is mapped, we trace the pattern beneath it — the recurring loop your nervous system has learned. This is where the work begins to focus, and where calm starts to feel possible.
Hypnotherapy sessions
Guided, deeply relaxed sessions where new patterns are gently introduced at the subconscious level. You stay aware, present, and in control throughout. Each session lasts 60–75 minutes and ends in a clear, settled state.
Emotional reset
As the underlying pattern shifts, old emotional charges begin to dissolve. The body's default state moves from alert to settled. Daily life starts to feel less expensive to live.
Reinforcement
The final phase is about making the change durable. Self-use tools — breath, anchors, gentle imagery — are practised so that calm continues to deepen long after the formal sessions end.
How long it usually takes.
Most people work in a 6–10 session arc, spaced one to two weeks apart. The first shifts often arrive within the first three sessions. The deeper changes take a little longer — and last a great deal longer.
Only honesty.
You do not need to prepare. You do not need to know what to say. You do not need to have it figured out. The sessions are designed to do most of that work with you.
All you need is a willingness to be honest, and the slightest bit of openness to feeling differently.
A path that moves at your pace.
Begin with a conversation — no commitment, no obligation, just a chance to feel the shape of the work.
